At SAMS FRAGRANCE SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused beauty products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane wrapping and box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
